Unconfirmed Sources reports today the Bob the Builder, of children’s TV fame, has won a government bid for reconstruction of Iraq. Halliburton, who had been the front-runner, was undercut in a last minute bid by Bob the Builder and his crew. Bob’s team promises to have Iraq rebuilt by 7pm.
